Target Language Communication’s “Big Five” represent the five fundamental concepts on which the company builds its offer.

We place great emphasis on clients being true to themselves and developing their language skills in an authentic way. This means helping clients find their individual voice, bringing their own experiences and personalities into the learning process and simulating real communication situations to foster the ability to use language authentically.

EXERCISE EASE

We strive to provide a relaxed and accessible approach to learning that enables clients to learn English with joy and ease. This means making coaching fun, reducing pressure, and creating a positive learning environment in which clients can reach their full potential.

GAIN EXPERIENCE

We actively encourage clients to gain experience with the language, whether through interactive exercises, immersion programs, real-life conversations or cultural activities. Through practical applications, clients can improve their language skills and become more confident. We also emphasize that mistakes are seen as part of the learning process and that gaining experience is a continuous and enriching process.

As a language coaching company, we have various goals for the short, medium and long term that relate to different aspects of the business.

Short-term goals
(1-2 years)

  1. Customer acquisition and increase sales: increase the number of customers and sales through marketing activities, such as social media advertising, search engine optimization and events (both virtual and face to face).

  2. Improve quality of service: Collect and use feedback from clients to improve the quality of language coaching services offered and increase client satisfaction.

  3. Team development: training and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to best meet customer needs.

Mid-term goals
(3-5 years):

  1. Market expansion: enter new geographic markets and target audiences to drive business growth and expand the company’s reach.

  2. Product diversification: introduction of new language coaching and services to diversify the offering and better serve the needs of different customers.
